I ordered this because I have neck disc symptoms and was hoping it would be effective for neck traction. Arrived on time as scheduled. There were reviews saying it had a bad smell, but that was a mistake. When I tried it, the air was injected and released well, and the performance was quite good.

Useful and light. Great that it has a pump. Will definitely bring it with me on my long haul journey. Was debating to buy this or a memory foam neck support but this won as it doesn't take up much space in my carry on luggage. Will test it out on my next trip to see if it loses air quickly and doesn't puncture easily.

Definitely stretches the neck by manual pumping. Comes woith 2 velcro straps to wrap around the neck. You can manually decompress the air to adjust to your preference. Takes no space up and can be used as a travel pillow. Also good for posture very fast delivery.

I like it because it's soft. I bought 3 more to give as gifts. I only noticed that there are two locks when using it, but it's not inconvenient. It's difficult to inflate for the first time, but after using it and letting out some air, it seems to be good to use.
